Michael Ray, Michael Robinson, was born in Eunice NM. Beginning in 1975 with his first public perfomance at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Michael started his love for performing and for music. At 14, Michael got his first real guitar, he began with a few chords and then started immediately writing music. After years of bar gigs and a lot of partying, Michael and his wife (now married 19 years) Deborah Robinson returned to Church, began writing Southern Gospel, Contemporary and other styles of Gospel Music. He gained a great deal of popularity in the Church and because of the call of God he felt at a very young age, Michael became a licensed ordained minister in two faiths. After moving to Big Spring, Michael became disheartened with the local Association and started promoting his music again. Hope you like the music.
